They clearly explained that the visit would be free, they would provide a quote, and there would be no charge if I decided not to proceed with the work. Joe arrived within the scheduled appointment window and took the time to ask questions about the previous drain unclogging work before providing an estimate. Although we ultimately chose a different company because their quote was significantly lower, I appreciated that Joe made an effort to see if he could match the price. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to do so. Overall, the communication was prompt, Joe was professional and courteous, and I appreciated the transparent, no-obligation estimate process."See more

We moved into a 100+ year old house whose previous owners did some DIY installs and repairs. As a result, we had five bathroom sink drains that were all installed the same...not quite correct way and as a result, all drained super slowly. Save The Day immediately messaged me back on Thumbtack and while they offered an appointment that day, I set up an appointment for later in the week when I could be home. Bei Tha came out and inspected all five of the drains and said that he could snake them (which would be quite expensive with five drains!), but would try to fix them instead. Thankfully, he just needed to fix the pop up assemblies for each of them and cleared the drains. He also pointed out to me a faucet in one sink and a pop up assembly in another that should be replaced, but we're planning on replacing the sinks/vanities anyway. After the repair, Bei walked me through so I could inspect the work. Now they all drain just the way they're supposed to and we won't have to look at soapy water or toothpaste take forever to drain. So thankful for Save The Day and Bei!

Absolutely devastating. I reached out to Everlast for a second opinion as my main level Tub was not draining and the toilet had backed up and flooded the downstairs. I was told by the first company that my p-trap needed to be replaced on the tub. I felt that that did not do a full inspection to come to that conclusion never checked the toilet or anything else. Though the flooding came from the toilet it still flushed and showed no signs of a clog; it would only gargle when the basement shower was ran. When Al arrived he inspected the basement bathroom, wash room, and main floor bathroom before concluding to pull to main floor toilet and snake the main line. The tub was the only area that had the clog and he assured me that once he snaked the toilet everything would clear. He arrived to my home @ 1pm and snaked the main line continuously from 2pm-8pm. In the end I ended up with a busted mainline that is now leaking into my driveway, a Tub that is still clogged, and $888 less. He came and made my situation 10x worse than before. I cannot run any water or use the facilities in the house at all. And before he left he had the audacity to quote me $7,000 to repair the busted pipe he damaged. He never ran a camera and I feel he took advantage me and took my money knowing a repair was never made but more harm was caused.
