A native of Jamaica, Bobby D earned his stripes in some of the country’s most well-respected restaurants. After coming to the United States, Bobby entered the demanding field of the restaurant industry where he excelled from a dishwasher Executive Chef to a General Manager. In 2014 Bobby starts Chef Bobby D Catering LLC Bobby’s attention to detail and pursuit of excellence in everything he does have resulted in an award-winning reputation for serving exceptional cuisine.
