I hired Liliana Catering to do an event in my home for 25 people where I needed heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks served. I had a family emergency and was very late in hiring a caterer. Brendon was excellent about responding right away, keeping in touch with me, and asking questions about what my needs were. At the event, he was prompt, completely prepared, and conscious of what the event required without me giving him very much direction. The food was great. Really happy that I hired Liliana Catering and Brendon. It made the whole evening so much better.

We contracted with Liliahna to cater our wedding reception and could not be happier! From the very beginning, Brendon was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. He talked me through making the food and dessert choices so that we had the perfect menu for our event. Everything was absolutely delicious and our guests raved about the food! The staff was very professional and a delight to work with on the day of our event. Many thanks to Brendon and his team for helping to make our special day memorable!

Liliahna Luxury Catering did a simply spectacular job as our wedding caterer! Brendon’s responsiveness and communication while setting up the menu was top notch, as he made time for several phone calls and e-mails to assure that all the details were just right. Day of execution handled by catering manager Kristin was absolutely flawless. We received numerous comments from guests about how great the food and service was, the overall presentation, and Kristin personally saw to it that both of us were well fed as we were both being pulled in many different directions all night long. If we’re ever in need of catering again they will be our first and only call!

Our pricing varies for every event, only consider the pricing given on Thumbtack to be an estimate until I am able to get together a much more custom and specific quote for your event. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in working with us but have some more questions about pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Liliahna catering prides itself on create custom menus, and events and we believe our reputation and pride we take in every event will be the driving force behind our success and your happiness with your next event! We will be in touch with you within 24 hours to set up a time to be able to go over more specific details about your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and have been running my own catering business since graduation. The one other chef I have working for me is also a graduate from the CIA and also has a degree in interior design. Our combination is unbeatable and we are fully committed to creating the best possible event and event space for you.
