Hi my name is Vanessa Simon. I am 34 years old. I graduate from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2019 with honors. Since then I have been a Sous Chef and Head Chef at many different restaurant types. I have also catered many different events from baby showers to private dinners. I have traveled the world and learned to cook other authentic cuisine such as German and Mexican food. I do challenge my self on cooking foods from all cuisines. I have been in the restaurant business for 16 years. I really pride myself on being professional, clean, efficient, and creative. Vanessa is one of the best, if not the best, chef that I am acquainted with. She specializes in a wide variety of hot meals and baked goods, each blasting with flavor. Her food is made with skill, care and precision. Her GA Peach Chili and Teriyaki Bowls are amazing. Aside from her great food, she is also a professional in business. She is punctual, well prepared and eager to go the extra mile. Her prices are competitive and well worth the food she provides. I would refer her to anyone in a heartbeat.
