Chef Kev provided wonderful food and outstanding customer service. He was very pleasant to work with. He and his assistant, Anita, made it possible for us to relax and be good hosts while our guests were taken care of. I appreciated the worry-free night knowing that everything was handled. Anita even chatted with guests who didn't know many people to make sure they were having a good time. My favorite items were the pasta salad, pulled pork sandwiches, and the dessert tray items because they tasted great and they were easy to eat on small plates while standing up. The sparkling punch with strawberries was so good -- I think I drank a whole pitcher. Bonus: my fridge is full of awesome leftovers. I won't have to cook for a week.
He catered my 40th birthday party , the food was great and the presentation was first class! Daniel is very maticulous and has such a passion for cooking . I would highly recommend him for any catering event , big or small.
I attended two cooking classes ( light Mexican and healthy grains) taught by Chris & Emily at the William Tally Rec Center. I highly recommend these classes. They were very informational and Chris &Emily are full of cooking knowledge which they share. We made several recipes and sampled our finished dishes. After the Mexican class, I promptly purchased a tortilla press. It is so easy to make your own corn tortillas. I would have never tried it on my own. Lori
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Chef Jackie. She is a delightful person, who also did a lovely job cooking, serving, and cleaning up for a small (4 people) dinner party. She arrived late, but did call to let us know, and she was ready when the guest of honor and her partner arrived. The presentation was nice, and the food was good. Her chocolate mousse was outstanding! She also did a great job of cleaning up. This is not a knock, but she doesn't stand on ceremony, so if you are looking for very formal service, this isn't it (which fit my style just fine). I definitely recommend her for catering a party, and expect she would be a wonderful teacher for a cooking class.
The cooking lesson was for my teen daughter. Mary was very accommodating. She was well prepared and very professional. She taught my daughter with patience and she made it fun for her. She taught her terminology and safety, as well as helped her to create a wonderful meal. My daughter will continue taking culinary classes with Mary and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
My company had their annual health fair and we hired Chef Iyea to do the cooking demonstrations. She was so helpful through out the menu planning process and very delightful to work with. Our staff loved her energy and recipes. I would highly recommend her!

I would give Nasrin six stars if I could. She agreed to prepare dinner for two on the occasion of my wife's birthday. Over the course of 10-days of planning she consistently demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and reliability. On the night of the surprise dinner, she produced a delicious feast of regional dishes, in generous quantities. My wife was surprised and delighted, so I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!
Denise was amazing. She gave a cooking class to 5 middle school aged boys. She had their undivided attention, which is no small accomplishment. The food was awesome. The kids had a blast and learned a lot. She is knowledgeable, personable and engaging. She was wonderful and patient with teaching basic food prep skills to kids.
I thoroughly enjoyed my coooking class with Manjiri! She was fantastic at explaining and also demonstrating the cooking techniques. The recipes were easy to follow and I was able to recreate them at home easily. Best part was that the food was delicious!! My daughter and I love the flavors of Indian food and Manjiri's dishes were comparable to food cooked at a high quality restaurant. I highly recommend her cooking class, you will love her!!
Chef Nikki is the BOMB.COM!! She and her husband Paul are excellent in the kitchen and on the grill... She can cook for me and my husband every day if she wants too, we will never turn her down...😂😂😘😘Every meal is excellent and tasteful down to the deserts. Nikki is very clean and sanitary, you don't have to worry. She takes her business and license very serious... Aaron came over to cook for my husband and I and another couple. We choose to learn to cook the curry chicken and reggae rice and it was delicious! We had so much fun and we will definitely have Aaron over to teach us more soon!

Simply put, I am a cook. I graduated from the Hotel, Culinary Arts & Tourism affiliate to AACC just last year and am currently looking for ways to make money from my skills. I am still in search of openings for a regular job as a line and prep cook but in the meantime, I would gladly accept teaching others the basics or intermediate level cooking. Noteworthy, I do not travel to or past Downtown Baltimore at the current time. I prefer local needs but will make some exceptions. I do work part-time at a non-related job, so I would need more than 2 weeks' notice if you need my help on a day that doesn't fall on Monday or Friday (the 2 days I have off from the job).
