Chef Kev provided wonderful food and outstanding customer service. He was very pleasant to work with. He and his assistant, Anita, made it possible for us to relax and be good hosts while our guests were taken care of. I appreciated the worry-free night knowing that everything was handled. Anita even chatted with guests who didn't know many people to make sure they were having a good time. My favorite items were the pasta salad, pulled pork sandwiches, and the dessert tray items because they tasted great and they were easy to eat on small plates while standing up. The sparkling punch with strawberries was so good -- I think I drank a whole pitcher. Bonus: my fridge is full of awesome leftovers. I won't have to cook for a week.
He catered my 40th birthday party , the food was great and the presentation was first class! Daniel is very maticulous and has such a passion for cooking . I would highly recommend him for any catering event , big or small.
I attended two cooking classes ( light Mexican and healthy grains) taught by Chris & Emily at the William Tally Rec Center. I highly recommend these classes. They were very informational and Chris &Emily are full of cooking knowledge which they share. We made several recipes and sampled our finished dishes. After the Mexican class, I promptly purchased a tortilla press. It is so easy to make your own corn tortillas. I would have never tried it on my own. Lori
I attended a cooking class for 5 taught by chef Jackie. She was a lot of fun to work with, encouraging, friendly, and even gave me a few cooking tips that weren't directly related to the class. The food was amazing and I can't wait to try these recipes on my own. I would recommend her cooking class for a fun learning experience!
The cooking lesson was for my teen daughter. Mary was very accommodating. She was well prepared and very professional. She taught my daughter with patience and she made it fun for her. She taught her terminology and safety, as well as helped her to create a wonderful meal. My daughter will continue taking culinary classes with Mary and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
We had Korean cooking lessons at our home. What a great time. Chef B is awesome. She brought everything needed. Showed us all we needed to know and even gave us some history. I would highly recommend her.
My company had their annual health fair and we hired Chef Iyea to do the cooking demonstrations. She was so helpful through out the menu planning process and very delightful to work with. Our staff loved her energy and recipes. I would highly recommend her!
I would give Nasrin six stars if I could. She agreed to prepare dinner for two on the occasion of my wife's birthday. Over the course of 10-days of planning she consistently demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and reliability. On the night of the surprise dinner, she produced a delicious feast of regional dishes, in generous quantities. My wife was surprised and delighted, so I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!
We were lucky enough to catch Ed, specifically, on an "away trip" in North Carolina where we had him come in to cook for a small gathering in honor of my wife's birthday. We weren't looking for a formal meal, and we had a series of small dishes fit for socializing and gaming while we ate. There were also some innovative sweets for dessert. We got what we were looking for, and everybody had a great time with the food and also with Ed.
Chef Nikki is the BOMB.COM!! She and her husband Paul are excellent in the kitchen and on the grill... She can cook for me and my husband every day if she wants too, we will never turn her down...😂😂😘😘 Every meal is excellent and tasteful down to the deserts... Nikki is very clean and sanitary, you don't have to worry... She takes her business and license very serious... I definitely recommend her for your next meal, your next desert or your next catering event.
Eliza has been cooking for our household (two adults, two teens) for more than three years. The food she makes is, in a word, extraordinary. We cycle between meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian in any given week, and the variety she is able to offer is remarkable. (I can't even count the number of different vegetarian stews she is able to create.) My family has considerable input in terms of repeat requests (Ethiopian anything, stuffed peppers, blintzes) and rejects (ok, so I am the only one who likes okra and tofu). We also have thrown in the occasional curve ball (a gluten-free trial, an ongoing need for reduced salt) and nothing is daunting to her. In fact, she considers it fun. The meals arrive once or twice a week in glass containers and require little more than microwaving or every so often a roast warmed in the oven. As if cooking doesn't keep Eliza fully occupied, she also is an energetic and committed organizer -- able to take the clutter in a room and quickly create order out of chaos. Our quality of life, our enjoyment of our dinners and, I would venture to add, our health have dramatically improved because of Eliza. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
As an educator, Chef Julian is outstanding, particularly with regards to excellence, creativity, discipline and adherence to historical and traditional cooking. I am a home cook with a long-time interest in cooking. My husband and I have been cooking, modifying and developing recipes for over 2 decades. I have a particular interest in healthy, non GMO and low to no-meat recipes that often include gluten-free options. I have a large garden during the growing season and try to incorporate and just pick foods into meals whenever available.
I love cooking because it lets you be creative and think outside the box. It makes you use skills that you necessarily didn't think you had. Cooking should be fun and simple, not complicated and stressful. What I want to achieve is to teach people the art of cooking and how simple it is to make something that sounds so complicated, like chicken cacciatore, into something that's simple and good.
I will cook a meal in your home, office, business, or any function needed as required for your services. I will give a hand on culinary style of cooking and teaching at the same time. I have been cooking for the pass 20 years, and I'm always learning newer ideas each day to make my work more challenging.
