Alan and team did a phenomenal job with our full-home renovation. The outcome was extremely high-quality and value for which it was delivered was the best I've seen in Baltimore. This was our first time using Bowman Construction and I'm certain I've found our forever partner.

Alan helped us when we were in the demolition stage of a rehab. The contractor we hired had suddenly died. (Rest in Peace Terrence.) We reached out to Alan explaining our situation and Alan showed up next day and basically took over. Managing the subcontractors, inspectors and addressing issues that happen in the course of rehab. House sold instantly!

I hired Alan as my general contractor for a rowhome rehab in Baltimore. Alan delivered quality results in an efficient manner. I was pleased with his industry relationships and knowledge, as well as his ability to adhere to Baltimore City code. He was very attentive and responsive through the process and kept me in the loop through the entire project. The rowhome turned out beautifully. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we provide a hard cost, soft cost, direct cost and psf estimate based off if the costumer has detailed architectural/engineering drawings or by doing an onsite visit to the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a screening of the costumer to see if they have financing in place before the project starts and to see if they are experienced or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of schooling and training for building and maintenance accredited by the state of Maryland.
