Rashaad and MCI Renovations are simply amazing! Fast, great communication, and fantastic quality of work! They completed a bathroom remodel, patched and painted drywall, repaired a roof, and a few additional items. Definitely a go-to crew for us!

Rashaad and his team renovated my basement, top to bottom; demolition, re-framing, ceiling, drywall, insulation, lighting, flooring...the works. I've had a range of experiences with contractors, and MCI distinguishes itself from many others. I am extremely happy with the work done - the cost was more than reasonable and this was a seamless process, as communication about the cost and timeline was clear and consistent. The work was started when and as promised, and the team focused on my project (they don't jump around). Great workmanship - basement rebuilt to code and attention paid to details to ensure that the job was not just done, but done WELL. After tearing down the old (very old) ceiling, Darwin noticed some issues and provided several suggestions to correct the problem instead of just moving on. Rashaad was very responsive to questions along the way and monitored the work from start to finish. The work was very neatly done and the work area was tidied up every day. Bonus: I have birds upstairs and the team took extra precautions to minimize dust exposure. Highly recommend MCI - I will be using them for my next project. They are reliable, punctual, and made this renovation stress-free! Pictures coming soon.

Rashaad and his team at MCI were fantastic to work with. Despite being a smaller job for them, they took on my project and got it done quick and got it done right. Rashaad came by twice to ensure the quality of the work and even helped clean up some of the smaller details. We are extremely happy with how our backsplash turned out and would 100% work with MCI again and recommend them to others.

MCI did a great job installing a backsplash in our kitchen as well as repairing tile work in our bathroom and hanging floating shelves. We definitely plan to use them again for future work. They were very professional and great to have in our home.
