Mr Jackson was very professional. Always on time and answered all my phone calls. He commuincated with me at all times. He has done an excellent job in replacing my carpet with hardwood floors. Jackson Floor Company completely redid my floors following the very bad work of another contractor. My wood floors throughout the house are simply "beautiful" (i.e., family room, dinning room 3-bedrooms, hall and staircase). Everyone's comments are basically the same remarks, "beautiful floors." I am very pleased!!!
