1800sqft 4bdrm 2.5bth, filthy, not cleaned in 9yrs. They sent 1 lady, I told them how bad it was. It took her 2days of scrubbing. $375. Which is dirt cheap for this job. I tipped very well. She did an excellent job but she should have had help like the cleanervibe.com says. (It wasn't my house I was helping someone.)

I was looking for a cleaning company who can come out within 24 hours. Cleaner Vibe reached out to me almost immediately. There were two ladies who came out and the place smelled and looked very clean. Will definitely use them again for my other rental homes.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing packages based on the type of clean required. Our Move-in/Move Out packages are priced differently from our deep cleaning and then our Standard cleans. We have first time client, Veteran discounts amongst others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand if our new clients require a deep/standard cleaning based on conversation either via thumbtack or the follow-up call/text. We share a checklist of what would be covered in each clean, schedule the clean and then follow up with them after cleaning is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have from 10-20 years of cleaning experience backed by professional training on house cleaning as well as commercial and rental spaces cleaning.
