My experience working with GK was good! They were polite, and cleaned thoroughly. Also they helped me move my bed which was great. However, there is room for improvement. The main area being time management. It took 4.5 hours to complete the job despite there ultimately being less things completed than originally planned. Also, attention to detail could be improved as well. One thing I really needed was in between the couch cushions vacuumed (I asked for a deep clean and this specifically) but it was forgotten. I do not blame them entirely, I also forgot to remind again. Overall I would hire GK again, but I think they need more experience to improve their speed and efficiency.
