- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to be as affordable as possible but offer the work as of those are above your budget. Dont feel like you or your lawn doesn't deserve to look like a million bucks because if you hire us,, we will surely make it look so on YOUR budget. Not only do we beat the prices of our competitors by working in my customers budget but we do all they do and more, and our work comes by referrals so if you refer us and they hire us we offer10% off your next service of any kind. if its in your lawn, can be hauled away by our truck we do it. We also have awesome house cleaning staff. We are backround verified and our house cleaning staff are bounded and insured up to $ 100,000.00 million dollars with State of MD, and a Covid trained and use all safety measures tkeep you and your faimly safe, and we all love pets. if I you can message me for bilingual!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing them with the same affordable, appreciative,positive, professionalism and dependability and respect as if it were someone coming into our home. its all about your home and lawn. if we impress you all we ask is share a review. We love this work and want to continue giving the best services for years to come at the prices we all know times is forcing us to afford but that don't mean quality goes down because,our wallets do lol.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 yrs working for large landscaping companies both for residential and commercial properties there's no job in this field I don't love and thats why I've dedicated my remaining yrs of age to do so to build a successful business that my kids and grandsons can grow up truly valuing appreciation of hard work that is more rewarding to sit at your dinner table for centuries to share in the greatful gratitude the customers face gave you then any dollar you bring home.. i mean yes we have to survive but its being there for those when they can't knowing you helped them do so one day longer that i want them to remember in their hearts and pass down to their own.. so this is why i do this and to make my customers smile to knowing their are a few good left put here and hopefully thel pass down where their witness good in people n my staff to point to their kids and kids grand kids they to can change this harsh world of greed and make sure to continue instilling real hard faimly work n values that1 pays more to your heart and soul to turn them into good people teach those greedy big old fast companies a lilwhat they can gain not just big pockets but paying them with a reward worth more then any dollar will ever earn. your life value love family is bigger not out take your more money give less love and when you die you take a whole whys you thought tings of life met more to tell God at your judgement.
