They need to actually show up when they say they will. Two days in a row I was promised they would come do the work and both days they didn't show up and later that evening I got an email saying they were too busy to come do the work. On a positive note, their rates were very reasonable but their inability to accurately state their arrival time estimates, and the fact that they didn't have the courtesy to notify me early that they werent going to arrive as scheduled, was frustrating. I had to hire another service.
