UPDATE: I initially hired A&M to begin ongoing twice-monthly lawn care service, starting with a full yard cleanup to get everything in order. Based on our understanding, they would be taking over my regular lawn maintenance. The initial cleanup itself was excellent. They were detailed, efficient, and handled my yard with great care—especially with the hand removal of leaves and weeds around my rock areas, which required more effort than standard service. My rose bush and liriopes were also cut back properly for new growth, and the yard was left spotless. However, after the initial service, I followed up multiple times to schedule the agreed-upon ongoing maintenance and did not receive a response. While the quality of the initial work was strong, the lack of communication and follow-through on the service I specifically hired them for ultimately fell short of expectations.
