- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only charge the hourly rate and a truck fee. There are no additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We guide our customers through a step-by-step process to make sure that we answer any questions that customers may have. When we work with new customers we usually ask for an inventory list and then give them an approximate estimate of how long the moving process takes to give them an idea of the cost of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the moving business for a long time and know the moving process from A-Z. Our movers are highly trained and know how to handle your belongings.
