Melody; a Baltimore native who is a multi-faceted artist, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, freelance resume writer/editor, writer, a published author, event, and wedding planner, administrative specialist, public relations, personal assistant, Mentor etc. etc. I am also an advocate for health, wellness, and fitness. Ever since I've lost 95 pounds in 6-months naturally in 2009; I've become very health conscious and extremely passionate. In 2010 I decided to become a pescatarian vegetarian. I met Mel at a great time in my life. I was planning my wedding and was in need of shedding a couple of unwanted pounds so that I could fit into my wedding dress and photograph well for my wedding pictures. I was pleased with Mel's enthusiam to help me lose the weight and get fit. Mel customized a plan for me that included healthy food choices and a full body workout regimen.
