I've wanted to hire a personal trainer for some time now but was always apprehensive about it. I didn't want to hire a bulldog, barking orders all the time. When I leave from working out with Javier, I can feel it for several days. Having Javier as my personal trainer is so rewarding. I am coming to him not physically fit at all so I have a lot of work to do. Javier has a lot of patience and takes his time explaining each work out (sometimes even more than once lol). I appreciate that a lot since I do not have that fitness background and a lot of the workouts I have never done before. I would highly recommend Javier as a personal trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable but he meets his clients where they are physically and mentally. He is great at adapting workouts based on the client's individual needs and goals. He uses fun and creative positive encouragement during his training sessions to help motivate you. He is timely in responding to any questions that you may have before/during/after sessions, and will break down each fitness movement if you wish. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Considering current times, the prices can be negotiated. The given price includes training and routines for at home, as well as nutritional guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First time meeting we will run through a thorough movement assessment to establish a proper road map your goals depending on level of readiness. From there we will start with a three to four week plan depending on starting level. As we progress through each stage, we will reassess and adjust the plan for the following weeks.
