Introduction: Hello! My name is Blake Geiger, my business name is Visual Impact Fitness, and I am a fitness/nutrition coach! I have been in business since 2020. I live and breathe health & fitness! I'm incredibly passionate about helping others to see the countless benefits that a healthy lifestyle can provide with consistent exercise and healthy eating. My education/qualifications are as follows: - Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science - Towson University - NASM Certified Personal Trainer - NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist - NASM Performance Enhancing Specialist I have 1+ years of experience working as a physical therapy technician. This helps me better apply my Corrective Exercise Specialization with clients who may be in a post-rehab situation, or could benefit from pre-habilitation. I'm also the former Head Trainer of Baltimore's Number 1 in-home personal training service! Throughout my career I have worked with all ages, with a wide range of fitness goals. I specialize in fitness for busy professionals, which means maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Blake is a terrific personal trainer. He tailors our trainings to the things we need to work on and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works. I credit him with giving me back full shoulder mobility after an injury. I always feel better after a workout.

Found Blake when I was living on my own and looking for a jumpstart to get back on track with my fitness and overall health. In about 6 months I was down around 30 lbs and eating better than I’d ever been. Blake formulates a workout and nutrition plan based on your personal goals and helps keep you accountable. Blake is passionate and dedicated to his clients and I would recommend him to anyone look for a personal trainer.

Blake was quick to hone in on what I needed. I was able to avoid shoulder surgery for years because of his knowledge and guidance. Friends have told me they became disillusioned with other trainers who tried to make them into something they were not. Blake meets you where you are and encourages you without being pushy or making you feel guilty when you lapse.

Training with Blake has changed my life in the best possible way. First off, he has exceptional knowledge and understanding of anatomy and biomechanics but he's always able to break down information and effectively communicate it in a way that's very easy to understand. One thing that sets him apart is the fact he doesn't just provide instructions and you simply go through the motions or exercises. He actually explains why you are doing a certain exercise and what the benefits are. He provides guidance throughout each session and excellent prompts that enable you to easily correct a movement. This creates a high level of respect and trust. He has really listened to me and taken the time to understand all of the various factors that can affect my training program and, subsequently, my success with it. He knows how to structure a program to fit your needs but also how to adapt and modify that as time progresses. As a busy professional, my work schedule can fluctuate at times but he has always been flexible and easy to work with. He has helped me implement proper nutrition and physical training into my busy schedule to where it's now a routine part of my life. I also have some dietary restrictions and he has provided simple and effective solutions and meal ideas that I had yet to consider but were so easy to incorporate. If you invest the time, commitment, and trust in Blake, you will not only see results but gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of just how amazing the human body is and what you are truly capable of.
