Great experience!
Miguel sent me a courtesy message prior to arriving and showed up right on time. He went straight to work without wasting any time.
He is a very courteous gentleman and was happy to answer any questions I had. He performed a thorough tuning and took the time to make sure everything was properly adjusted.
He also noticed and took care of a few minor repairs while working on the piano, and, to my surprise, did not charge me anything extra for them. I really appreciated that.
The piano sounds noticeably better now—clear, balanced, and beautiful. You can tell that Miguel takes pride in his work and knows what he is doing.
I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Miguel to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest piano tuner.

Everyone in our home is excited to play the piano after Miguel came to do some repairs as well as tune our upright Kimball which hadn't been tuned in over 25 years. His rate was very reasonable, and he was kind and patient with my young children who were interested in what he was doing. He was communicative and punctual, making sure to let me know when he was coming. I would absolutely have him again to take care of our piano in the future!

McKenzie was amazing! He responded very quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day to fix my piano. This piano was a gift from a friend, and probably hadn't been tuned in decades. He did a wonderful job and was very professional. He also showed a love for his job that made me appreciate all the history and mechanics behind pianos. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to do a quick phone call to introduce myself and gather essential information. This gives clients a chance to express any preferences, and it gives me the chance to best prepare for the job ahead.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed training with the Piano Technicians Academy, and continued education with the Piano Technicians Guild. Learning never stops, and I am always working to raise the quality of work I do in any way I can.
