Jason was a referral from one of my friend's who was her personal trainer. I started my training journey with Jason almost 3 months ago, and I have seen immediate difference in my lifestyle. Jason provides guidance around endurance and strength vs. focusing on weight loss. He  motivates you to push harder in your workouts and preaches quality vs. quantity in his sessions.  I would highly recommend Jason for someone who is looking to change their lifestyle for the better. He's the best!
