I had my outdoor railing repaired a few months ago. there was an additional repair that needed to be made to my steps, after two or three missed appointments they finally completed the job. I hesitated working with them again but my husband wanted to give them another chance because he liked Yusef. So he called to scheduled for them to come out and repaint our front door. My husband was told first that they dont service the severn area, but then they scheduled an appointment to come out three weeks later. The day of the appointment they called two minutes before they were suppose to arrive and informed my husband they were having car issues and would call back to reschedule but never did..we will not be doing business with them again. I really thought Yusef was nice and seemed honest. However, I have multiple home improvement jobs around my home that i really just want one company to call when im ready to start each project and Dimond property management isnt it
