- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote covers all aspects of my hire. Prices are never changed when circumstances do. I will always be present on location an hour before the event time to set-up, perform a sound check and diminish any possiblities of unintended technicalities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the point of contact steady communication is maintained using email, text messages and phone calls. If there are other desired methods then I am open to these possbilities as well. 100% of a playlist is created, discussed and vetted with you for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a musician and singer performing since October 1986. I have worked extensively in the hotel industry, on live stage shows, on radio and television and at church. My experiences have thus far covered every possible type event.
