- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In many cases, we are typically not the cheapest, but most experienced work force in the area. We are within the industry standards however, but our constant communication and level of customer service is bar none. Retired/Military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet. Let us hear your issues and fix those problems usually cheaper than most companies proposals for full roof replacement when only preventive maintenance is necessary.
