Carlos and his team came to evaluate the damage to our roof and provide an estimate. Their estimate was by far the most reasonable compare to three others. They scheduled the job for the very next week, and it took three days to complete it. This was a challenging task, since we live in a three stories Victorian townhouse. All previous contractors spoke about the need for a lift rental, which would have been very costly. They did a great job without one. They cleaned up the front yard and the roof once they were done. Highly recommended.

Carlos was wonderful to work with. He came when he said he would, was polite, responded to my inquiries, completed the job with a minimum of disturbance to us, and cleaned up afterward. I can't comment yet on the quality of the work (the next heavy rainfall will be the test), but from the pictures of the completed job, our roof looks great!
