- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is No one price fits all option with our line of work. Each estimate is given on a case to case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a Customer calls in about a roof issue, generally we schedule them for a free estimate first, so we can get an idea for the scope of work that needs to be done on their property. If the customer choses to move forward with our estimate, we then require a signed contract and 1/3 of the total cost of the job Deposit. Once we have all of this information we then will schedule the job for installation. The remaining balance will only be due upon 100% completion .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of Our estimators and installers have many years of experience in the roofing field . Most of them have also completed Training seminars for any and all new products that we install.
