Sherry H. says, "I recently had Clean Plumbing do some work at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Steve, the owner and technician, was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the work thoroughly, and made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up. The job involved replacing my CPVC pipe with copper for the water heater feed, as well as changing the outdoor waterline valves from CPVC to copper. Steve’s attention to detail and professionalism really stood out—everything was done carefully and to a high standard. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and customer care, but Clean Plumbing does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work!"See more

Reggie J. says, "Hello, I was in the market for an contractor to install a new hot water heater due to an old one (perhaps the original one when the home was in 1987) failing and started to link. After submitting my requirement on smiliar site, I've posted my job on Thumbtack. I believe this was my first time. About 30 minutes to an hour later, Willington's Home Services contacted me. After going back and forth via text message, I suggested that we talk over the phone to get a better understanding of his cost and to fill him out about his experience. As we move further into the conversation, I requested him to sent me a picture of himself. I still wasn't comfortable with hiring the company because of the language barrier. However, the best way he was able to communicate, he assured me that he can do the job and that although HVAC was is expertise, he had the skills set and the tools to do the job. He say to me, don't worry, relax. It will be good. I've eventually decided to give him a try because his basic installation price was drastically less than the others quotes I've received to the point it was "scary" and made me question his ability. Oh, lt me tell you, I was wrong and I'm glad I did hire him. Once we agree upon a timeframe, he told his plans for the day but assured me that he will get it installed and it will be good. He arrived about 2:30 or so after his other stops. He inspected the old water heater, took measurements of the encloser and of both water heaters and determined that it may be a tight squeeze to get the old one out and the new one in but explain that if all fails, he would have to take the door frame off and move some water pipes back some. I was very concern about the other water pipes as they were some of the main pipes to the entire house. Again, he said, it will be good....no worries. From start to finish, it was all about getting the job done....right. He loves what he does and it showed throughout the entire time. When he had to make a run to the store for additional parts, he went and came back. Disassembled the old water heater but was unable to get it out, so, he removed the door frame, tired to pull it out but it didn't work, move another part of the door fame (a piece of wood behind the main doorfame) and that didn't work. He moved the water pipes back, and that was it. He pulled out the old heater and put the new one in and the rest is history....done. All the while, he was cool about it. Explained everything as he went along. Answered all my questions while doing the install. Never got frustrated or started to rush. He maintained a steady and cool momentum throught completion. He apologized (no fault of his) that the job was taking longer because of the extra work of removing the doorframe and adjusting the pipes. After he was finished, the clean up process was just as impressive as installing the water heater. Once we found our language pattern, we were able to understand each other better. Mr. Willington, speaks spanish and some english as a secondary language. He sometimes using a translator to him communicate in english. Very very understanable and with me knowing very very very little spanish, we started to understand each other clearer. I even brought him lunch/dinner while he was working because he was none stop but I express to him it is okay to eat and take his time. I tell you, I was and I am still very impress by his overall attitude, professionalism and his self assessment of his ability to do the job right. If he didn't know something, he would say I don't know. He came ready to do the job. He had every tool possible for everything that may have came up unexpectedly. Yes, his initial price change do to the extra work, but still very afforable and he only charge me for the items he used from the store. No upchange for anything. He "itemized" the receipt as he explained what he purchased and what is used on my jobe. He is on my playlist of contractors to for future project. U Rock!"See more
