Joanna is a classically trained violinist and also a wonderful Irish traditional fiddler and composer. Because of her deep background in both genres, as a teacher she can address any area of violin technique and also the nuances of Irish trad fiddling. She can teach young kids using the Suzuki method and help adults starting wherever they are. Her debut album is wonderful and it is such a treat to hear her perform and to play with her in Irish trad sessions.
