Sparkling elegant VIOLIN performance for Weddings, Corporate & Private Events. As a performer I am equally adept and comfortable improvising and strolling as well as playing Classical, Celtic, Jazz, Blues, and Pops. Violin, Viola, Cello & Beginner Piano lessons available as well. Bringing JOY through music is the ultimate joy for me. I want to share that with my clients. If I can bring one transfomative moment to my audience...one moment of transcendent peace through my music...I have done my job. Liz is an awesome person and teacher! I played the violin from 5th grade to college and stopped playing for 8 years and wanted to pick it up again just for fun. Liz listens to me in what I want to learn and the types of music I am interested in, and comes prepared the next lesson with books with that type of music. The lesson is full of laughing, learning & creating beautiful music. I leave the lesson feeling refreshed and relaxed. I never liked private lessons growing up, as they always seemed like more of a chore than fun, but Liz has made this experience awesome! She is very encouraging, even when you feel like you don't sound your best and she lets you know that it's alright to not sound perfect all the time and that it still happens to her! I am naturally a shy person and never liked playing the violin alone, but she makes me feel comfortable enough to play by myself. If you want to learn and push yourself to new levels in a non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere, Liz is the right teacher for you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't. I charge by the service based on length of service, special requests, distance traveled, etc. Usually a trio or duo is more expensive merely because it involves more people and practice time. FACETIME LESSON is less expensive than an IN PERSON lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out exactly what the client wants. Then I work to help them achieve their individual goals whether it's learning an instrument or experiencing a magical wedding or special event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, in 2012 I received my Masters in Education.
