Liz played for a backyard party we had and she was lovely. Everyone commented on how beautiful her music was. Perfect for the occasion. She really helped make the party special.

Elizabeth is a great instructor! My sons transferred to a new school, and they were about a year behind in skill. She has helped them to catch up with their peers, and she is wonderful with kids. All of our lessons are via skype, and that has not posed a problem at all. She is so accommodating too! My boys tend to be forgetful and sometimes forget their music books, and she can adjust the lesson for those circumstances. I highly recommend her!

Liz is an awesome person and teacher! I played the violin from 5th grade to college and stopped playing for 8 years and wanted to pick it up again just for fun. Liz listens to me in what I want to learn and the types of music I am interested in, and comes prepared the next lesson with books with that type of music. The lesson is full of laughing, learning & creating beautiful music. I leave the lesson feeling refreshed and relaxed. I never liked private lessons growing up, as they always seemed like more of a chore than fun, but Liz has made this experience awesome! She is very encouraging, even when you feel like you don't sound your best and she lets you know that it's alright to not sound perfect all the time and that it still happens to her! I am naturally a shy person and never liked playing the violin alone, but she makes me feel comfortable enough to play by myself. If you want to learn and push yourself to new levels in a non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere, Liz is the right teacher for you!

My 17 year old daughter started taking lessons from Liz in July of 2017 as a beginner student. We couldn't have asked for a better instructor! We absolutely love Liz! She is so sweet, easy-going, personable, caring, and knowledgeable. During lessons, she is always encouraging and kind, and my daughter has learned so much in such a short amount of time under Liz's guidance. You can tell how much Liz loves what she does by her enthusiasm for both her students and playing (beautifully) the violin itself.
I would highly recommend Liz! She has been a wonderful blessing to our family! <3

I would recommend working with Liz for anyone who is interested in learning to play the cello. Her lessons are affordable and she really encourages and works with you in such a fun and caring way. Her teaching style has really gotten me excited about learning to play.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't. I charge by the service based on length of service, special requests, distance traveled, etc. Usually a trio or duo is more expensive merely because it involves more people and practice time.
FACETIME LESSON is less expensive than an IN PERSON lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out exactly what the client wants. Then I work to help them achieve their individual goals whether it's learning an instrument or experiencing a magical wedding or special event.
