My garbage disposal was leaking pretty bad, reached out to Abbot Brothers last night and they were able to come today and replaced it. They were very responsive throughout the process. Mike S. was very professional and definitely knew his stuff. I will definitely be using Abbott Brothers in the future for any plumbing needs.

The only negative is that this was a simple plumbing job. A feed line to the toilet needed to be replaced but they didn’t have the parts in the truck. They had to go to Lowes to get the parts and I was charged for the time they were gone. I actually already HAD the parts (I traditionally repair my own simple jobs and keep extra plumbing supplies at the house.) but the supervisor said they had to buy new stuff to guarantee the job. My total bill was over $600. Had they not had to make a trip to but 2 ft of pvc, 18” feedline and a gator connector, it would have shaved 300$ from my total.
