Laura obtained her BS in chemical and biological engineering from UMBC and is now conducting brain-imaging research in the Division of Cognitive Science at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. As an engineer, scientist, and violinist, she approaches yoga from a balanced perspective -- practical, scientific, creative and light.
