Food was amazing! Guess wanted several plates! Love his team! They became family upon arrival. Chef Thomas delivered in every fashion that I imagined. They turned the kitchen into hells kitchen and when they left they cleaned up like it never happened.

I hired Chef Thomas to do our anniversary dinner and it was absolutely amazing! I have celiac (gluten free) and a dairy allergy and he worked with me to set a menu that was safe for both. He even surprised me with a safe Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer that was amazing. And I didn’t have any reactions to the overall meal which anyone with food allergies knows is a big deal! The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and just overall it was an incredible dining experience. On top of all that he is good people! Thank you Chef! Seriously the food was crazy good!! Cant wait to hire him again

Chef Thomas and his team did a great job at our Lobsterfest. From the beginning, he communicated clearly and had good follow up. The day of the event, he and his team went above and beyond to make sure every guest was taken care of. They showed great professionalism.

They only gave me 3 options, but all 5 apply. Chef Thomas was so good to me. He was available to talk and help me any time of the day I called. He was so responsive. His team came and help setup before time, and they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. We really needed them and they eased my nerves. If I ever have another event I would called Thomas. I am so grateful, thankful and blessed. The food was excellent. We were celebrating my 65th birthday and my retirement party.
