Chef Thomas was a joy to talk to and plan my ideas for my November birthday bash. He listened attentively and was always kind and respectful. The food was so delicious and fulfilling. My friends and I ate every bite for Friday’s fish fry and Sunday brunch. Thank you for making my birthday so special. The sweet potato pie, cheese grits, ricotta pancakes, salad, fish, and bourbon bread pudding was top notch. Chef Jeff was also wonderful to help for Friday’s fish fry. He also lead with great expertise with a friendly, lighthearted demeanor. A million thank you’s!

Food was amazing! Guess wanted several plates! Love his team! They became family upon arrival. Chef Thomas delivered in every fashion that I imagined. They turned the kitchen into hells kitchen and when they left they cleaned up like it never happened.

I hired Chef Thomas to do our anniversary dinner and it was absolutely amazing! I have celiac (gluten free) and a dairy allergy and he worked with me to set a menu that was safe for both. He even surprised me with a safe Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer that was amazing. And I didn’t have any reactions to the overall meal which anyone with food allergies knows is a big deal! The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and just overall it was an incredible dining experience. On top of all that he is good people! Thank you Chef! Seriously the food was crazy good!! Cant wait to hire him again

Chef Thomas did an OUTSTANDING job as a private chef for our New Years celebration! During the entire process he was extremely responsive and attentive. On the event evening, Chef and his partner arrives 2 hours early to prep, which was great. The food was phenomenal and our guests raved. Service was great! Chef Thomas and his team cleaned up after the event which was helpful with guests. Overall 10/10, I will be having them back for a future event! Thank you Chef Thomas and Ms. Patsy!
