Chef Thomas did an OUTSTANDING job as a private chef for our New Years celebration! During the entire process he was extremely responsive and attentive. On the event evening, Chef and his partner arrives 2 hours early to prep, which was great. The food was phenomenal and our guests raved. Service was great! Chef Thomas and his team cleaned up after the event which was helpful with guests. Overall 10/10, I will be having them back for a future event! Thank you Chef Thomas and Ms. Patsy!

Chef Thomas and his team did a great job at our Lobsterfest. From the beginning, he communicated clearly and had good follow up. The day of the event, he and his team went above and beyond to make sure every guest was taken care of. They showed great professionalism.

They only gave me 3 options, but all 5 apply. Chef Thomas was so good to me. He was available to talk and help me any time of the day I called. He was so responsive. His team came and help setup before time, and they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. We really needed them and they eased my nerves. If I ever have another event I would called Thomas. I am so grateful, thankful and blessed. The food was excellent. We were celebrating my 65th birthday and my retirement party.

Chef Thyme and his staff are wonderful. The presentation and level of service was beyond my wildest dreams. Not only was the food delicious, my guest confirmed this with their many text messages after the event. Chef Thyme has become my go to person for our events.

Everything about Chef Thomas was fantastic. We hired him for a cooking class for six people, and it was so much fun He brought all the groceries to our house. The variety of food that he brought, the freshness and the quality was amazing. He went above and beyond in all that he provided. We had 3 different appetizers 2 different types of chicken with 3 different sauces, some variations a of potatoes, a delicious salad with amazing dressing, and garlic lemon green beans. He was patient with all of us and we had an amazing dinner. All six of us participated, and I was amazed at how it all came together to a beautiful meal. It was such a fun experience of which we will always remember. We also had the most delicious flourless chocolate cake. I highly recommend Chef Thomas for any event. He was so pleasant to work with and it was such a fun experience with my friends and family. Thank you!
