We greatly appreciated Chef Thomas during our first conversation with him. He came to our rescue following unforeseen circumstances with a different caterer and delivered excellent service on relatively short notice. We valued his professional and thorough approach, his personalized attention regarding our needs and concerns, and his appropriate follow-up. He assembled resources to capture the vision for our event, respected our decisions in the process, and was extremely attentive to pertinent details.
Chef Thomas and his team arrived on time and well ahead of the event to allow adequate preparation time. His team was most pleasant, professional, courteous, competent, and considerate. The food and presentation were excellent! All of our guests were absolutely delighted with the food and service.
We are thankful to Chef Thomas for his professionalism and excellence, and will absolutely schedule him for future events!!
