Ive been working with Marty on projects for many years. He and his team have done everything from painting to tile to whole bathroom remodeling. They set appt. Sent several email confirmations the day before and that morning. Appointment came and went. 40 minutes later received call that they were held up and were going to have to change appt to another day. I said I would call back but of course I won't. Bad start.
