Alex was just great! They came on time and where very professional. Once they finished setting up the moon bounce, Alex went over the instructions on how to operate it. He listened well and answered all our questions. The moon bounce was clean and looked very well maintained. We were very happy with the service and would use xlvii rentals again.

Not only did Alex show up earlier than he had said, he was pleasant to talk to and professionally dressed. The bouncy was in great condition. I would definitely use this company again. They were great! Highly responsive and met all expectations!

As I searched for an affordable moon bounce for my event I was lucky to find XLVII Rentals. They arrived before my function and assembled everything then gave me a detailed walkthrough allowing me to become familiar with all the features. I also rented bluthooth speakers and also received the same detailed break down of equipments functionality. At the end of the event as my guest departed they removed all their equipment quietly and discreetly not bring any attention to themselves. Overall I found this to be a great experience and will be using the again for my event.

Alex was very professional and responsive to my inquiries. When it comes to great customer service/communication, this company exceeded my expectations. I rented equipment for my daughter’s birthday party and Alex walked me through the process of renting. He explained in great detail “proper use and safety” of his moonbounce. The delivery and setup was very timely! I will definitely patronize this company for future events.
