I have a lockbox on my property and this company asked for payment before arriving at my property. This company should include this prior to accepting my offer.

Hi Jackie, we understand your concern. However, our payment policy is communicated to customers before services are performed, and requesting payment prior to arrival is standard for our bookings. We did communicate the payment requirement to you on the day of the scheduled service, before arriving at your property. We did not arrive unexpectedly and ask for payment without prior communication. We understand that you have a lockbox, but that does not change the payment terms that were communicated to you before the service. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure expectations regarding access and payment are clearly confirmed with customers before future appointments.
