- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are ESTIMATED only. Subject to change during time of booking. There is a non-refundable booking fee for weddings/events prior to booking your requested date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's natural for me to always make sure to have a consultation before any service. Especially for first time patrons. Understanding a little background information of ones lifestyle or how they normally manage their hair helps me determine what products will be needed and if the service they requested need any add-ons for hair maintenance.
