FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers should know that I am not the cheapest nor am I the most expensive Handyman they can hire but because of my depth of knowledge and years of experience across multiple trades of construction, they will find that my pricing is FAIR for the level of service and value they receive when they hire me to tackle their projects!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customer reach out to me my typical process is to respond within a day or less of the initial contact. Then I will schedule a walk through with the customer so I can get an accurate assessment of the scope of work. This will allow me to give them a fair and accurate estimate. If everything looks acceptable to them I will send them an invoice to secure a partial payment and then add their job to my work calendar based on their desired time of completion and my availability. Once the job is complete to their satisfaction I will collect the remaining balance due from the customer and ask them to give me a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 27 years of hands on experience in construction. I have worked in and on thousands of homes over that time period primarily in new home construction. I was a certified residential fire protection system pipe fitter for 20 years prior to 2023. While working as a pipe fitter I had constant exposure and worked side by side with most of the other trades required to build a home. That experience has allowed me to learn many different tricks of many different trades and given me a abundance of knowledge and understanding when it comes to the inner and outer systems of all forms of buildings and dwellings such as homes!
