Bill and his team are top notch. We requested four quotes to remodel our kitchen and Bill's quote was the most reasonable. Not the cheapest---we weren't looking for the cheapest; we were looking for the most value for our money and that's what Bill and his team delivered. High value, fantastic work. Not only did they do a fantastic job but Bill under-promised and over-delivered on the timeline and finished a week early despite delays from our appliance companies (which Bill had no control over---we ordered the appliances ahead of the project). Bill and his team were prompt, responsive, professional and extremely accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about this remodeling experience. It was our first remodel and our first with Bill, but it will not be our last. As soon as we can, we're redoing our master bath and Bill will be the only one we will contact. We read and heard nightmare stories about contractors while preparing for this project: crews not showing up, doing a poor job but still requesting payment, etc. and I am so pleased to say not one of those stories apply to this. There is not one negative thing I can say about this experience other than I wished we found Bill earlier. We could not have selected a better contractor. We are beyond pleased and happy to refer Bill &Co to any all all future customers. Thank you Bill! We love our kitchen.

Working with TGB was wonderful. Bill is a personable and knowledgeable professional. I relied on him for a lot. I am a pilot and I was gone 80% of the time. TGB managed the project from start to finish. From securing our countertops, tile, flooring and appliances. I came back from Europe a day early and too my surprise, TGB completed the kitchen early. I could not be more pleased with my experience and the quality of work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the full scope of work, timelines, and level of service requested from our customers. We offer discounts for the following groups. Senior Citizens 65 and Older Veteran of the United States Armed Forces Member of any of the Divine Nine Organizations
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial consultation on-site or via virtual meetings. Once the scope of work has been captured a detailed proposal will be sent to you for your review and approval. Once that has been completed you will receive your installation/service agreement via DocuSign. Once your agreement has been approved you are then assigned a project manager and your project is placed on the production calendar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The management team at TGB Contracting has over 30 years of hands-on experience in Kitchen and Bath remodeling. We have completed over 1500 residential projects over the years in Maryland, Washington DC & Northern Virginia. Our installers and trades professionals have all completed professional development and continuing education classes for our licensure as well as product training from our vendors and our retail partners at IKEA, LOWES & Home Depot.
