- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To spark joy in your life, click on the check availability box on the right or learn more on the Joy & Space website. In-home sessions are typically scheduled for four (4) hours and online sessions are typically scheduled for three (3) hours. However, you set the pace and the amount of time you want to spend. Virtual/online tidying costs $55 per hour. In-home tidying costs $80 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out via check availability, clients are encouraged to schedule a free phone consultation to discuss tidying needs and to have some preliminary tidying questions answered. New customers are asked to complete a joy sparking application so they can share their expectations for tidying and read about Joy & Space's insurance and cancellation policies. Taking a few moments to visualize your decluttered home starts the process so you can see your ideal lifestyle. Clients are guided through the KonMari method, via the categories. Clothes, Books, Paper, Konmono, and Sentimental.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Joy & Space’s owner & decluttering expert, I share positivity and help you get in touch with the joy in your home. I want you to see what is possible in your home and life. I'll support and empower you to work through challenges and accomplish your goals. In addition, my qualifications include: * M.S. in Clinical Psychology * Taught courses in time management and organization at Penn State * Specialized expertise in ADHD/ADD and dyslexia * Emphasis on mindful practices as a yoga and meditation teacher * Certified in a mindful approach to decluttering, the KonMari Method™ If you feel overwhelmed when you clear the clutter, I can help.
