I was really impressed by Zandra’s initiative in reaching out. She also was extremely responsive the whole time: before and after the appointment.
Her son Tiger was the person who helped me out and was extremely respectful and friendly. While we didn’t finish unboxing every single box in the 6 hour session (there were more than 40), we managed to rearrange the two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room so it became a much more livable space. I am utterly grateful for their expertise so I didn’t feel as overwhelmed. Thank you and I will be sure to find you guys again if I need to move in the DMV area!

Quick response, arrived early and did more than I originally thought could be done in one day. Asked for a focus on one main area of the basement. I cannot say enough about Zandra and her incredible team. She did in two days what I couldn't do in two years. Zandra and her team were GREAT! I knew I was in over my head when it came to getting my house in order and she came in and put my mind at ease and assured me it was NOT the hot mess I thought it was and proceeded to go to work. My master bedroom, master closet and hall closet were decluttered, and organized in one day. Once I was able to identify what was to be kept, donated and thrown away—she did her thing. The finished product was better than I could have imagined. My home office is next.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For standard services, such as basic closet organization, pricing starts at $125 per employee. A minimum of six hours of work is required per day.
-A six-hour deposit is required upfront.
-Any time worked beyond the initial six hours will be billed at the end of the day
Please note: Standard rates differ from our hoarding service rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by consulting with each client to tailor the project to their specific needs and preferences. To ensure I fully understand the scope, I request photos of the areas that need organization. This helps me provide the most effective solutions and accurate pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, where my top priority was understanding my Executive’s needs and vision in order to create a seamless, efficient, and organized environment. This foundation has deeply shaped my approach to professional organizing; centered on clarity, functionality, and personalized support.
