KPK-?Dexter was very diligent during the diagnosis , presented me with options , guided me without imposing himself in my decision . I found him to be honest and compassionate . When I called him after he left and informed him that my AC was not working still , he came back right away and took care of the issue . He even found questionable connections in my AC that has been there since my house was built 15 years ago that did not make sense. When I asked him why he came right back, because I thought he would have decided to come the next day or so, he answered “I know I will not be comfortable knowing you do not have AC, instead sitting at home wondering about it I rather come and see what is going on” The next day early morning he texted me to check how the system did overnight.
I am glad I choose him to work on my AC. I have asked him to put me on his schedule for the winter maintenance .
