My son was trained by LJ for 5 months. LJ is an extremely good personal trainer. My 16 year old son had never truly trained before in a gym. LJ provided excellent instruction. He not only learned how design an effect routine but also how to use each equipment safely. My son's confident, endurance, and joy for strength training all increased. LJ's patience and expertise make him an excellent trainer. Working with him is a high quality experience.
