I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years and have help many people achieve their goals whether it be weight loss, strength training, sports conditioning, and general fitness. my main focus is making sure that you have proper form and range of motion which will help you to reach your goals and also lower the risk of injury. I also work with various pieces of equipment such as resistance bands, free weights, kettlebells, and TRX. My passion for the personal training come from getting in shape for football and track in high school and college to now just staying in shape and learning about different workout techniques.

Melvin is a great personal trainer. He was attentive in listening to my limitations and coming up with workouts that work for me. He also checks to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly so that I avoid injury. He's fun to talk to so our workouts always go by quickly. I highly recommend his personal training services.
