They were knowledgeable and polite. They came in and asked probing questions to gage how high the TVs should be mounted and offered suggestions. I didn’t have all of my furniture delivered, so they offered to come back to hide the cords once everything is in place. I am hiring then again to hang another TV once everything is delivered.

What can I say. The day of our 9 tv mounts we had a leak in our unit from our sprinkler. And not only was he a very professional guy, but he went out of his way to make sure my water valves were turned off since I wasn’t at the property at the time. He saved my whole building essentially. He didn’t have to but he did it anyway and noticed it and immediately contacted me in order to help the situation with no complaints and nothing but positive attitude. This is the type of awesome people thumbtack needs! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again for your help and your most important awesome attitude.
