Working with Kimberly was an absolute joy. She is very nice, very professional and very responsive. Kimberly is patient and polite. She is attentive, aware and alert. You don't find too many people this way during customer service. Kimberly cares about her work clients and her overall work. I would do it all over again if I could. Kimberly took very good care of me and I know she will do the same.
