Introduction: Joseph Carol Designs has over 15 years of experience providing window covering installation services and making high end window coverings. We know window coverings from top to bottom. Because we have a local workroom and fabricate custom window coverings, we can design, create and install solutions that are just right for your windows. We install blinds, shades shutters, draperies, and top treatments, including cornices in business and consumer locations. We are a certified Hunter Douglas installer, as well as a certified Customer Home Furnishings soft window treatment installer and fabricator. We love finding unique solutions to our customers' window covering needs.
