- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two different packages -$130/hr for 2 men and 1 moving truck -$200/hr for 3 men and one moving truck Our pricing is all inclusive meaning that we do not charge for wrapping, shrinking, tape, or fuel like many other moving companies do. We do however charge an additional hour for travel time, but it is a one time fee. Apart from the travel fee, we have no hidden fess and are upfront with our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We guide our customers through a step-by-step process to make sure that we answer any questions that customers may have. When we work with new customers we usually ask for an inventory list and then give them an approximate estimate of how long the moving process takes to give them an idea of the cost of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the moving business for a long time and know the moving process from A-Z. Our movers are highly trained and know how to handle your belongings.
