Just started working with Dave a few weeks ago and we are already starting to feel the difference, I am getting some upper body strength( I had zilch) and we are starting to get into a routine which I really appreciate. I look forward to the sessions each week and he gives us workouts to do on our own to continue the progress. Plus he isn’t a drill sergeant, he’s more like a good coach, encouraging you to keep going. Definitely what my husband and I wanted.

I almost hate writing this review because I don't want Dave's schedule to get filled up! He is a consummate professional and extraordinarily knowledgeable on the human body overall. He can tailor a workout specific to underlying issues strengths and weaknesses. I would strongly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a trainer that can really take a very personalized approach to building their strength and training capacity.

Dave is the man. Have seen noticeable results within a month. He is very knowledgeable and explains the reasoning behind every lift/movement, tailoring the workout to your needs, wants, and goals. I’d recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting back/maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Dave is an OUTSTANDING trainer. What sets him apart from most personal trainers is his knowledge of how the human body works, and how it responds to different forms of exercise. My job is physically and mentally demanding, and I have to be in excellent physical condition. Dave does a great job helping me get there and stay there. He took the time to learn my specific fitness goals, and he knows what movements and exercises will best help me achieve them. His training plan includes a balance of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. He also understands the best ways to train to prevent injury, and how to help me recover when minor injuries do happen. What’s even more impressive is that he understands the importance of good nutrition, and he’s helped me make better choices to properly fuel my training.
