Before I can give advice on who to hire, I would ask the customer some questions about what they are looking to use social media for: What are your goals for having a social media presence? Advertise to potential clients? Generate leads? Provide customer service through social media? Are you looking to increase your social media presence across your nearest metro area and surrounding areas, across the state or a broader area? Want to increase you follower count to 1,000? 5,000? 10,000? 100,000? A million? Do you want to educate clients? Showcase your subject matter expertise to gain a media consultancy position?
