The service was exceptional. Very professional and patient. All of our questions were answered with an attitude of reassurance and understanding. They took the time to explain things and show us what we needed to grasp the full picture. When another problem came up shortly after the first visit, they came back right away to help us and took the time to discuss option. 10/10 recommend!!

My kitchen sink drain was backing up and I tried to unclog it for couple hours with the machine I rent from home depot near me. But nothing came out and the line is still clog. My wife was very upset and she advised me to call professional plumber. I keep trying for another hour and then I know this is for professional and experience plumber. I had no choice. Then I called my neighbour plumber, Milky Way plumbing and drain service. Jacob show up within 30 minutes and he gave me affordable price for service fee and started run a snake. Within an hour , he could open the line and he mentioned a lot of grease in the line. My wife was very happy . Well Jacob i was polite and friendly. He is a professional and experienced plumber.
