Home Tech responded soon after I submitted my request for a refrigerator service call and came that same afternoon. The tech spent about an hour checking the fridge and freezer sections and took the time to steam defrost iced over coils. He was clear about the components that needed replacement and the cost of repair. I ultimately decided against repair and he took the time to replace all the pieces removed to return the refrigerator to its original state.

I was very impressed with Nick’s responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality in dealing with my request to repair a GE refrigerator. Woke up Sunday morning and fridge wasn’t working. Reached out to Nick with Home Tech Appliance and set an appt for Noon. Came and diagnosed the problem and was able to keep fridge working until he replaced main control board the next morning. Nick was great and I will definitely use him again for my appliance needs.

Home Tech Appliance was SO great! Talked with the tech on the evening (after hours) that our dryer broke, we set up a time for the next day for him to come out and fix the dryer. He was extremely pleasant and I just can't say enough good things about him. Will call him again for the next appliance repair for sure. Cost was also very reasonable. All of the above is very refreshing in this day and time.
